Project Summary – Brief description of what the project is about, what problem is trying to solve, This slide also contains high level description of benefits, delivery timeline, costs and risks.

Project Scope – The project scope defines the boundaries of the project. What jurisdictions are covered, the problems are being resolved, type of work involved, clients and teams impacted etc.

Business Benefits – These are the advantages and gains that are delivered to the business by the project. These benefits can be financial (Reduce costs or increase revenue), operational, risk associated, time to market and others.

RoadMap ( 6 Months, 12 Months, 18 Months, 24 Months ) – The Project Roadmap is a high level overview of the most important milestones and key deliverables of the project and it is presented on a timeline.
