Our Landscape Design Process
Consultation
Meeting with a client and/or architect to establish a brief specific to the clients lifestyle, site and architecture. Following this meeting a landscape garden design fee proposal will be provided for your consideration.
Concept Design
Upon approval of our fee proposal, landscape architector will prepare a landscape design in response to the brief. This design will include schematic design of all major features proposed for the garden including swimming pools, structures, lighting and surfaces.
Design Development
Following review of the concept design our company will amend and refine the landscape design offering further information where necessary. Throughout this stage we will provide photographs of surface treatments, proposed materials and planting for your consideration.
Documentation
Our company will prepare specifications and construction details specific to your garden design and forward documentation to relevant authorities for review and approval.
