We were established in 1990 with a belief that in a safe environment fight arts can be an effective and fun platform for overall fitness and health.
With that in mind, Boxing Day brought together the best fight and fitness instructors in the industry – from Boxing to Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, MMA etc. It was done with the goal to create a unique and exhilarating training program.
