The obsession with running is really an obsession with the potential for more and more life.

— George Sheehan, Organizator

In Runing, You Decide What winning Means
If you’ve been working out regularly, you’ve already discovered it: No matter how good or bad you feel at any given moment, exercise will make you feel better.

And it goes beyond just the “runner’s high”—that rush of feel-good hormones known as endocannabinoids.

Running to Health

You will be directed to the sidewalks off the official course and may continue at your own risk but without race support. You will not receive a finisher medal.
