This certificate can be used by all public, private and business entities. The certificate is made by 3 software. The original file contains 5 PSD, 5 EPS and 5 MS Word templates. There is also a support file. These include manuals for changing the fonts and colors of the templates, and instructions for creating new colors. Swatch color is used in EPS file and theme color in MS word file. As a result, the color can be changed in only 1 clicks. Besides, new colors can be made.
